WayToShop and its affiliates stands by its suppliers and manufacturers’ warranty and our customer service team will guide you on how you can return a product for repairs, exchange, or parts replacement. Manufacturer’s Warranty terms and conditions are included with the products, and they can be reviewed on our Webstores. All warranties are direct with the manufacturer or through a locally adapted terms, subject to normal exclusive individual and residential use and proper care. Manufacturers strongly advise the proper covers for all grills for the warranty to be respected.
Depending on our trading partners returns and exchange policy, few of our products can be returned or exchanged prior to being used and provided they are still in their original packing and in the condition in which it was received, do not hesitate to inquiry about the specific policy for each product. We strongly advise you to check the products shipped to you before signing the received delivery voucher and return the product immediately before opening the box and/or assembly.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) unused in its original re-saleable condition, in the original unopened packaging for a refund within 3 days of the original purchase date. You will be credited (less a 30% restocking fee and all shipping charges incurred) upon arrival, and inspection of the item(s) at our warehouse. The shipping charges to return the item(s) to us will be the purchaser's responsibility. Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to the return. Any items returned without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the purchaser at their expense. “Special Orders”, “Promotional Orders”, “Accessories”, "Discontinued" and or "Dent and Scratch" items are exempt for our Return Policies; they are a final sales item and are not returnable. All items returned must be in their original saleable condition. Merchandise must be in its original box. Merchandise must be unused. All merchandise not meeting the above criteria will be refused or returned to the customer at the customer’s own expense.
Some products come with 30 Days Return Policy from the manufacturer and will be indicated on the product page and will be mentioned at the checkout.
Selected BBQ & Grills can be exchanged within 7 Days if unused and still in their original packing and in the condition in which it was received, exchange can take place at one of our distribution hubs. All returns are examined by our Returns Department to confirm the return reason and subsequently by our technicians before any refund is considered or applied. And upon review you will receive an exchange, merchandise credit or refund per our findings.
Special Orders, Promotions and Accessories sales are final, and the products cannot be returned or exchanged.
